How it will work:

Please arrive as close as possible to the appointment time.

Our studio door is locked at all times, please knock on the door at your appointment time. This will allow us to properly disinfect in-between clients. We will then provide a shoe cover to slide into your shoes.

Ask you a few questions related to travel and COVID-19.

We will ask you a few questions like if you have travelled out of the country in the last 2 weeks or have had any symptoms of COVID-19 recently. If you have had any of the above, we will ask you to reschedule the appointment.

We will use a touchless thermometer to check your temperature.

With our touchless thermometer, we will go ahead and check your temperature prior to entering the studio to ensure that you do not have a fever prior to your treatment as our services do require us to be close.

You must wear a mask during your treatment.

We are asking all of our clients that during their treatment that they bring & wear their mask. If you choose to not wear your mask, we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment to a time when masks are no longer required. If needed, we do have a limited supply of masks for sale.

You may want to wear layers.

Traditionally, during services we will provide blankets so our clients are comfortable as they’re receiving their treatment. In order to limit the spread of touches, we are currently not providing blankets as a part of the inclusions. Please wear extra layers if you are prone to getting cold!

Hand sanitizers, disinfectants, & cleaning.

Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes will be available for all clients in the studio at all times. We will also be using a new disposable bed & pillow cover for each client on top of the disinfecting we do between treatments.

FAQs

I think I might be sick! What should I do if it’s less than 48 hours away?

During the time of COVID-19, we get it. We want everyone to be safe, and that includes you! If you find yourself feeling unwell, please let your resident artist know as soon as you can so we are able to reschedule and offer up your time slot to someone else.

I have a deposit - will it be forfeited if I reschedule?

If you find yourself sick, unable to make your appointment, and you have a deposit on a service (ie. cosmetic tattoo), your deposit will carry forward to your rescheduled appointment!

I don’t want to wear my mask, can I still get my treatment?

With the BC Public Health Order in-place, at this current time - we will be unable to provide you a service if you refuse to wear your mask. Please refer to the BC Government’s website for more information. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment to when we no longer need to wear masks.
